Special Activities/Historian:
Lori DeVoe announced she will bring the scrap books
to the next meeting for everyone to enjoy, which covers a time span from 1947
to present.
Inside Activities:
Sign up sheet for next dinner meeting Feb 2 for
Roast Beef dinner. There were 25 people
at tonight?s meeting
Trips:
Lake Placid by Bob DeVoe St. Patrick?s day weekend,
Enid has 16 people for Sunday River staying at the Jordan Hotel. Stratton bus Feb 26, 2012 set at $70
pp. Park City has 28 signed up.

Mike Corti has Suicide Six tickets available @ $5.00

Business

Steve Case reports everything in order
Racing:
Dave Rogers reports we were 7th overall
but we moved up to 5th.
Encourage everyone to come out and race and cheer everyone on. Feb 6 between 7:30 and 8pm Nava is in charge
of Bib collecting. Remember refreshments and beverages are served after
racing. Arrive between 6 and 6:30 to
warm up
New business:
Please inform Preston of membership interest to be a
board member for next season.
Mike Corti proposes a new responsibility for the
treasurer position to form an audit committee yearly for the checkbook. Next
audit will be Feb 7, 2012. Reminds everyone that runs an event / trip that our
report form must be completed which shows the financial activity be presented
to the treasurer. Some examples are the Christmas party and trips.
